Brownfield

Greenfield

Greenfield sites can be highly contentious at the planning stage, which is why it’s so important to have a robust planning strategy.

Airspace

Airspace developments refer to proposals for additional storeys on existing buildings.
Such projects present opportunities but also significant complicating factors. These include the structural soundness of the existing building and the effect the works might have on neighbouring buildings.
