Two new build houses for Brighton developer

Withdean Road, Brighton

We were approached by a Brighton-based property developer to design two new-build houses on this leafy site in Withdean, Brighton with far reaching views to the South Downs.

Our design creates two bespoke, contemporary yet contextual 3,500 sqft houses with a palette of brick, slate, glass and cladding panels, set in a verdant private landscape. Planning consent was granted at delegated powers. The houses are currently being marketed off plan by local agent Mishon Mackay.
