This mixed use scheme in Raynes Park, London will transform a tired parade of shops and flats. Planning consent was gained through delegated powers in 2019.

Fronting West Barnes Lane, the proposals stand to comprehensively re-model the current building including the five existing flats at first floor level which presently suffer from poor access arrangements and layouts.
