Two new build houses for Brighton developer

Withdean Road, Brighton

We were approached by a Brighton based property developer to design two new build houses on this leafy site in Withdean, Brighton with far reaching views to the South Downs. Our design creates two bespoke contemporary yet contextual 3500 sqft houses with a palette of brick, slate, glass and cladding panels, set in a verdant private landscape. Planning consent was granted at delegated powers. The houses are currently being marketed off plan by local agent Mishon Mackay
