New Build Dwelling in South Downs National Park, East Chiltington

We gained planning consent for this new build, replacement dwelling located within the South Downs National Park in summer 2022, with work commencing on site Spring 2023.

The design references the local Sussex vernacular of brick and hung tile, with an asymmetrical, cat-slide style roof.

Detailing including hidden gutters, full brick deep reveals and vertical timber accents which give the house a contemporary edge.

We are working with contractor Chalmers & Co, QS Dalton Barnes and the project is due to complete on site during Spring 2024.
